Scenario 2: Document review process

Generally the creation of a document involves multiple persons with different roles - the authors who provide the bulk of content, the reviewers who suggest changes, and finally an approver who signs off the document. Once a draft of the document is ready for review the author sends a link to the document via the document management system to the reviewer. The reviewer clicks on the link which causes the Document Viewer component to load and display the document. The reviewer then views the document and leaves review comments using the Annotations feature of the Document Viewer. Once the review cycle is complete the author sends the document to the approver who goes on to publish the finalized document.
