The latest version of Document Studio .NET NuGet packages are always available on the NuGet channel and it's recommended that you install them from there.
The full product installer bundles with all the NuGet packages built when the installer was created and these are placed in the "Microsoft Visual Studio Offline Packages" folder. This folder is usually at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\NuGetPackages\". In Visual Studio you can choose this location as the package source if you wish to install the NuGet packages from there.
Listed below are the scenarios where the offline version may be used.
1.You are unable to access the online NuGet repo
2.It has been more than a year since you purchased or renewed the license. In this case you may not be able to use the latest version available online. You may either renew the license and use the latest version or you can continue to use the version you had downloaded and installed.
