How To Keep Track Of Gnostice Product Updates

When we release a new product update, we announce it on our website's news section. We also notify our customers about these updates through e-mail. However, quite a few users have complained that they do not receive any notification. If you are among them, here are a few things you can do so that you never miss an update.

Add Gnostice.com Addresses To Approved Senders List

Your mail filters may be blocking our messages. Please ask your mail server administrator to allow e-mail messages coming from our domain gnostice.com through. If you use a Web mail account, please add info@gnostice.com, support@gnostice.com, downloads@gnostice.com, and do-not-reply@gnostice.com to your list of approved senders list.

Updates to our News section are automatically replicated on our RSS news feed - http://www.gnostice.com/news_feed.asp. Popular Internet applications such as IE, Outlook, FireFox, Thunderbird and Opera can be configured to check the feed for updates at regular intervals. You can also use a dedicated RSS feed-reader aplication.

Sometimes, we publish information about new product releases in our monthly newsletter. If you are a customer, you may already be receiving our e-mail newsletter. If you do not, then it could be a sign that our messages are blocked by your mail server. Please get this rectified.

The Gnostice Newsletter has its own RSS feed - http://www.gnostice.com/nl_feed.asp. You can subscribe this feed if you do not have immediate access to e-mail at your workstation or if you do not wish to receive newsletter notifications through e-mail.

About Support Queries

As a policy, we reply to support queries within one business day. (Please see our list of holidays.) When you send a mail to support@gnostice.com, you will immediately get an automatic notification conveying that we are in receipt of your e-mail and that your query will be attended soon. If you do not receive the automatic reply, then it is a sign that the automatic message was blocked by your mail server. It could also mean that our subsequent reply to your query may also similarly blocked by your mail server.
