To develop, deploy, or sell an unlimited number of permitted royalty-free desktop and Intranet applications created using this developer tool, you need to purchase either:

• a Single-Developer License, one for each developer who will use the developer tool, or
• a Site License, one for every campus where the developer tool will be used.

To deploy permitted Internet applications (not including Intranet applications) created using this developer tool, you need to obtain a Single-Internet-Server Deployment License, one for each deployment server.

Development and deployment of some applications, such as those whose functionality closely resemeble the developer tool, and also certain other types of products, are not permitted. To develop, deploy or sell such products, you need to obtain an individual OEM/GPAD license.
